Default Fix for mesmer class suggestion.

Hi all !
Looking at the mesmer class in pve and their are 3 ares that seam to be strangly missing in their spell lines.

1. Area mes a lock down that makes targets stop attacking for a brife time as long as they are not attacked.

2. A party mana regen skill even a + 3 mana regen for a short time.

3. A party speed up for attacks. One for spells one for melee attacks.

As it is mesmers are not so welcome in a lot of high end ares. These few additional skill would add so much to what a mesmer could bring to a high end group they would become a welcomed addition.

Thanks

to get the effect of #1, you COULD run pasifism. And the party-wide regen would blow away current necro batteries, so it wouldnt' be very balanced really. But #3 looks interesting. The mesmer could reduce casters casting time in his party by like 25...40% or so, and speed up the melee's attack speed by like 10...33%. Excitement she wrote!
